Read specs/slug.md and inspect src/ and existing tests.
For each requirement, identify existing behavior and the evidence for it.
Search before declaring behavior missing.

Produce an ordered implementation plan. Each task must include:
- the observable behavior it adds or repairs;
- relevant source paths;
- dependencies on earlier tasks;
- a concrete acceptance condition;
- unresolved decisions that need a human answer.

Keep tasks small enough for one agent attempt.
Do not edit source, tests, dependencies, or the specification.
Do not mark a task complete solely because a comment says it exists.
